Shipping Information:
Orders of $75 or more receive free shipping. Orders under $75 pay a flat $6.95 fee.
Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days after you receive your tracking number via email.
If you have not received your tracking number, make sure to check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your contacts to ensure delivery of our emails.
Priority Shipping
If you would like your order sooner, please select the Priority USPS (1 - 3) Business Day option at checkout. A flat rate Priority shipping charge of $9.95 will apply. Please note that priority mail is expedited USPS shipping time, not expedited order processing time. Priority shipping means that your order will be processed within 1 to 5 business days and shipped out on the next business day.
You will receive an email once your order has shipped along with the tracking information. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take 3-7 business days.
Note: Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment!
NOTE: Shipment delivery timeline is determined by USPS and is not guaranteed and may take longer during peak Holiday shopping times. We are not responsible for, nor can we provide information on, delays or update delays based on USPS and other shipping carriers' delivery procedures. Please contact USPS with any questions regarding delayed tracking information.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
To support employee work/life balance, we are closed weekends and major holidays.

Return Policy
We are proud of our products and stand behind them 100%. That being said, not every scent or every product is for everyone.
If you've received a product and are unhappy with it for any reason, you can contact us to request to return the item to us by mail up to 14 days after the purchase date. We will then provide an RMA and the return address. Once we receive the items back, we will issue you a refund for your item(s) minus the original shipping cost we paid the carrier to originally ship the items to you. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

Shipping and return shipping charges will not be refunded in these instances and are the responsibility of the customer. Returned orders shipped under our "Free Shipping" promotion will have all shipping costs incurred by Melanatedabundance.com deducted from any refund.
We go to great lengths to fill your order as accurately, and as quickly as possible. Once an order is shipped, the shipping charges are non-refundable, and go directly to the carrier delivering the package.
